Suvayam is a brand owned and operated by Suvayam Food Pvt Ltd("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We source premium Manapparai Murukku and other traditional snacks from the best suppliers in Manapparai, Tamil Nadu. We repack these products under the Suvayam brand and sell them online through our website and other e-commerce platforms. We are not the manufacturer of the products — we are a curated sourcing and distribution brand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing a pre-order, or purchasing any product from Suvayam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Products & Sourcing

• All products sold under the Suvayam brand are sourced from trusted suppliers in Manapparai, Tamil Nadu, known for their authentic traditional snack-making expertise.
• Products are repacked under hygienic conditions at our facility before being shipped to customers.
• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
• All products are FSSAI certified and 100% vegetarian.
• Shelf life, ingredients, and nutritional information are mentioned on the product packaging.

4. Pre-Orders & Orders

• Pre-orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We will contact you to confirm your order details and arrange payment before dispatching the product.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where product availability is limited or pricing errors have occurred.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been dispatched or a shipment ID/tracking number has been generated. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@suvayam.com before the order is dispatched. Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be entertained.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We do not operate our own logistics. All shipments are handled by third-party delivery partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or other reputed courier services. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery timelines, charges, and service areas.

7. Payment

• Payment details will be shared upon order confirmation.
• We may accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or other online payment methods as communicated during order confirmation.
• All payments must be completed before the product is dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

The Suvayam brand name, logo, website content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Suvayam Food Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Suvayam Food Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or losses arising from third-party shipping services.
• We are not responsible for product damage caused during transit by the logistics partner. However, we will assist in filing claims with the shipping provider.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Food Safety & Allergies

• Our products may contain allergens including sesame seeds, urad dal (black gram), and are prepared in a facility that handles various food products.
• Please check the ingredient list on the packaging before consumption if you have any known food allergies.
• Store products in a cool, dry place as indicated on the packaging to maintain freshness and shelf life.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
