1. Shipping Partners
Suvayam Food Pvt Ltd does not operate its own logistics or delivery fleet. All orders are shipped through trusted third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Shiprocket
- Other reputed courier partners as per availability and serviceability
The choice of shipping partner is determined based on your delivery location, product weight, and service availability.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7–12 business days depending on the logistics partner's coverage.
Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, holidays, logistics disruptions, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you during order confirmation. Charges may vary based on the delivery location, order weight, and the shipping partner used. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value—this will be clearly mentioned on our website or during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and the courier partner details via email or phone. You can use this tracking ID on the respective courier partner's website to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Service Areas
We currently ship across India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available depending on the logistics partner's serviceability. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will inform you during order confirmation and offer alternatives if possible.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you fresh and intact. We use food-grade packaging materials and additional protective layers to prevent damage during transit. Despite our best efforts, some breakage may occur during shipping due to the delicate nature of the products.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:
- Package received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Significant delay beyond the estimated timeline
Please reach out to us at support@suvayam.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged product/packaging if applicable.
8. Liability
Since we use third-party logistics providers, Suvayam Food Pvt Ltd is not directly liable for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by the courier partner during transit. However, we will work with the logistics partner to resolve any issues and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.
